I cut a small hole on a bag, fill this bag with rice, and  carry it in a gallery space. I walk around and try to approach audiences to have conversations. When the conversation starts, I let the rice leaking from my bag. When the conversation is over, the rice stops leaking. And then I move to another audience, the actions of starting conversations with audiences while leaking rice are repeated.

Since 2010, I have created a series of performances that uses rice to address issues related gender, diaspora and displacement. “ Another Witness” is the fifth piece of this series.
